Century zinc concentrate output resumes

On Wednesday, Zinc concentrate production has resumed at Australia’s Century zinc mine after shiploading was suspended last week due to a tropical storm.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Century mine produces about 500,000 tonnes of zinc, a third of Australia’s total production, from 1 million tonnes of concentrate annually, or 2,740 tonnes a day on average.
