Abcourt Mines Inc.

OverviewAbcourt is a 100% owner of the Abcourt-Barvue silver zinc mine, located near Val d’Or, Quebec. This mine was in production from 1985 thru 1990. Abcourt is making preparations to go back into production and is considered near term. Feasibility study completed in July, 2007. The resource is National Instrument 43-101 compliant. The first eight years of production will be done through open pit mining as the ore body is near surface. The mine has $12 million in maintained infrastructure as it is a past producer. A second property (Vendome-Barvallee) is located 7 miles away from the mine. A silver resource has been identified at this property and exploration will be on-going. Abcourt is also 100% owner of the Elder gold mine. The mine is a past producer with 13 million dollars in infrastructure and a resource of 172,000 ounces of gold. Chief PropertiesThe Gold Project near Rouyn-Noranda, QuebecThe Elder mine property is located 10km northwest of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec and is 100% owned by Abcourt. The property comprises 24 coniguous claims and a mining concession covering an area of 587 hectares. There are several small royalties payable on different parts of the Elder property. The Silver/Zinc project near Val-d’Or, QuebecA feasibility study has recently been completed for the building of a mill and the opening of an open put mine at Abcourt-Barvue mine at Barraute, north of Val-d’Or, Quebec, Canada.
